Without parallel, is how i would describe the R3-30 countdown. Not that it is actually amazing, but it is officially the only independent countdown of Canadian Indi Music in Canada. Therefore, as the sole progenitor of indi ranking, it is “with-out parallel”. Simple really.
That said, it is actually very good. Between the witty banter of Craig Norris and Pedro Martinez, the infamous wheel of Freedom, and the long range request, there is always some new music to get your toes tapping, or your tears running. In the infamous words of Sum 41, “No filler, all killer”. Radio Canada 3 takes the majesty of this great accomplishment one step further, with the added bonus of the track of the day, once a day every day. New music? Free new music?
